IFA 考什麼？

IFA考試通常會涵蓋70種以上的精油。
考試的重點在於考生是否全面理解精油的特性、化學成分、功效、禁忌以及應用方式。

實作考試（芳療按摩測驗）

• 考生需在考官面前示範完整的芳療按摩技術，包括肌肉放鬆、淋巴排毒、能量平衡等。
• 需針對不同個案設計適合的精油調配方案，並解釋選擇的原因。
• 考察手法的正確性、流暢度及整體療程規劃能力。臨床報告（案例研究）
• 考生需完成 60-100 份實際個案報告，記錄芳療方案的設計、執行與客戶反饋。
• 需涵蓋不同的身心健康問題，如焦慮、失眠、肌肉痠痛、頭痛、消化不良等，並分析療程效果。
• 報告通常需要詳細記錄芳療師的評估過程、選用精油的依據，以及調整配方的理由。口試（部分考區可能要求）
• 考官可能會針對理論與實作內容進行提問，考察考生對芳療學的理解與應變能力。
• 例如：「如果客戶懷孕了，你會如何調整精油配方？」或「面對高壓工作者，你會如何規劃芳療療程？」

整體IFA考試策略

（1）建立筆記
• 整理精油、基底油與應用，將不同類型的油做關聯性記憶
例如：
• 「乾性肌適合的油」→ 甜杏仁油、酪梨油、月見草油
• 「抗氧化效果好的油」→ 玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、小麥胚芽油

（2）多做題目
• 建議至少做 3~5回模擬測驗，習慣考試題型。
• 可以用過去試題找出常見考點，針對錯題加強理解。

（3）理解生理學基礎
• IFA考試不只是記憶油品，還會涉及人體的皮膚結構、生理學、循環系統等。
• 例如：「為何荷荷巴油適合油性肌？」這與皮脂結構相關。
• 若對人體結構不熟悉，建議補強 皮膚層次、血液循環、淋巴系統 的概念。

（4）模擬實際應用
• 例如：如果一位懷孕的客戶想做芳療按摩，哪些基底油與精油適合？哪些需要避免？
• 這類應用題是考試的高分關鍵，也是IFA認證的重點之一。

（5）時間管理
• 理論考試：通常90分鐘左右，要控制答題時間，不會的題目先跳過，最後回來檢查。
• 實作考試：熟練芳療按摩技術，能清楚解釋為何選擇特定油品，這有助於取得高分。

考試方式與通過標準

• 理論考試通常為筆試，須達 70-75% 以上才能通過。

• 實作考試須獲得考官認可，手法與專業態度皆需達標。
